Beautiful Street Features of Eastwood

Beautiful Street Features in Eastwood

When you are walking around the crossing of Trelawney Street and Bellevue Street in Eastwood, you will be amazed by the panoramic view of the City, Olympic Park and Parramatta. The stunning landscapes excite you of the beautiful Sydney, which not many other streets will offer. The properties in the area were built in an early stage of the colonisation. Federation style and California bungalow houses dominate the area. The elegance of the early settlers could still be traced from the delicate constructions. Luckily enough, the newish twenty to thirty years old buildings also mingled nicely and took the elegant element of the early age. The articulate gardens enhance the properties and accomplish the lovely homes.
Leafy trees line up the street with the light/dark greens. With the shopping centre and stations minutes walk away, this area is simply a fabulous place to settle your family.
The doors, windows, lovely low brick yard walls all tells beautiful story of Australia’s History. Many newish buildings also took the lead doors and windows. I saw a mail box that is a mini house. I respect people’s privacy; otherwise, I do wish that you could share these lovely features. Some of the new occupiers are extending and renovating the properties. They paved the new driveway and doing the new gardens. As a neighbour, you must feel pleased to see that happening.
When you own a lovely property here, you are lucky, as the market acknowledge its value and response strong financially. You deserve the best service and the best result as a owner. If you were in a position that you need to sell, I would transform my love of this area to the buyers and I am sure their better understanding of this area will benefit you as a vendor.
